I recently purchased a Razer BlackShark V2 X headset.
When I tried to register it with my Razer account, I received a message stating that the headset is already registered to another account.
Could you please assist me in  the registration to get activation serial so I can link it to my account and use 7.1 surround sound?

If the product was already registered then there’s a high possibility that it’s fake. I’ll double-check everything just to be sure. Please send me a PM along with your headset’s serial number so I can validate it and check the registration.
