I purchased a laptop on October 15 at your physical retail store in Hong Kong. Before making the purchase, I noticed that the current promotional offer included the game "ARC Raiders", and your staff also confirmed this at the time. However, after returning home, I discovered that the game provided was actually "BORDERLANDS 4".
I have not used or activated the game yet, but I am disappointed because this differs from what was stated on your store’s poster and explained by your staff. I would like to request to exchange my game code for "ARC Raiders" instead.
