Hi,



First of all, let me expose what razer customer i am



Customer from 10 year.

Mouse : 3 razer trinity mouse, 1 razer naga mouse, 1 razer orouboros, 1 Razer Deathadder ...

Keyboard : 1 huntsman v2 analog keyboard, 2 ornata chroma keyboard ...

Sofware : Razer synapse all version



i take care about all of my hardware product (razer product too) and play only 2 mmo.

Except ornata chroma, i encounter problem with the rest of these product.



Now, 1 week ago, i bought huntsman v2 to replace my ornata chroma ...



I writed this post because it's the drop of water that has made the vase overflow.



Mouse :



- First Razer Naga : the right clic is bugged (1 year used)

- Second Razer Trinity : the mouse wheel is bugged and turn itselfs (1 year used)

- Third Razer Trinity : the right clic is bugged when i select items with left clic before (using it)



Keyboard :



- Huntsman v2 have an high coil whine, to reduce it i have to set brighness less than 30%.

- High coil whine occurs especially when brighness are always active (static 30%+), it occurs on other mode too.

- I never had this problem on my ornata chroma (90€), so make a keyboard without this problem is possible.



Software Razer synapse :



- pleb to change profile (freeze & bugs)

- interface (slow, heavy and none responsive result in high load)

- list of macro, profil etc .. are not sorted.

- Full bug when you use macro with third option 'switch between enable/disable loading whith binded keys', the macro continue to be executed when profil have been switched etc ...

- Ton of time per day, i have to kill all razer process and restart services because these software is in inconsistent state (full bugged).





'' When it's not a mouse problem, it will be the keyboard now ''



Result : 250€ for a keyboard and can't have product without problem ...

In this open post, what i ask is :



- consider my customer opinion to improve quality of your product (hardware but sofware too !)

- compensate me for all shits it happenned, especially around naga product.

Without change i'll continue to organize all my game & work razer process migration and i will definitively leave you Razer

Your feedback is well taken. By the way, when you have encountered series of issue with the Razer Naga models, did you reported the issue for each device to our Support Team? Also, does the Razer Huntsman V2's noise happens even while the Synapse is closed or disabled? I'll be locking this thread to curb our conversation privately by sending me a PM.
