The r key on my razer Ornata V3 keyboard stopped working

As the title says The r key on my Ornata V3 stopped working,

After restarting, the rkey will work like normal for a short while and then completely stop working. 

I have plugged in another key board and the r key worked completely fine. I cleaned my keyboard too and it’s still the same.

Hey guys!

 

Thanks for alerting us about this. Let’s reinstall your keyboard’s drivers by following the steps below:

 

1. Press Windows + S on your device to open the Search bar.
2. Type in “Device Manager” and hit Enter.
3. Go to "Keyboards" or "Human Interface Device".
4. Right-click on the Razer Ornata V3 and select Uninstall device.
5. Restart your computer to completely uninstall the drivers.

The drivers will automatically reinstall after your computer restarts. You can also update its firmware. If that didn’t work, then drop me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can check for other workarounds.
