Hi! Please tell me, I’m unable to create profiles and change settings in the Razer Controller Setup For Xbox app. I tried reinstalling and restarting, but the problem persists. I had many profiles for different games; even if I can’t get them back, I’d like to at least be able to set them up again. My serial number is [removed by moderator] . I’m using the RAZER WOLVERINE V2.

I understand that you are unable to create profiles or change settings in the Razer Controller Setup for Xbox app for your Razer Wolverine V2, and that the issue persists even after reinstalling the application and restarting your system.
Could you please let me know what Xbox console model are you using (Xbox One, Xbox Series S, or Xbox Series X)? Have you tested the controller on another Xbox console to see if the same issue occurs? Also, are you receiving any error messages when attempting to create or modify profiles? If so, please share a screenshot or photo of the error.
