I bought the Razer BlackShark V2 Pro as a display. There's no cosmetic or material issues with the headset, just a slightly damaged box. I plugged it into my computer, and it produces sound without issue. However, despite its excellent microphone being praised, the headset's microphone is incredibly muffled. Also, when I access Synapse, I can only adjust the volume. I also can't adjust the EQ. Can you help me resolve this? Is there a problem with my headset?
