About two years ago I bought a Razer Iskur chair, thinking that it would serve me for years.
The chair is very comfortable and I would have no complaints. But..
After less than two years, the lift no longer works and is slightly lowered
Additionally, the tilt of the chair is completely broken, which causes the chair to move in all directions while sitting
on screenshoyt H and J element broken
I have had the same exact thing happen to me, in the same exact spot, considering this post was made a month ago, there might have been a bad batch of chairs made. Currently waiting for support to reach back out to provide a solution.
