The headphones work through the jack but they no longer work wirelessly with the dongle, what can I do? My computer doesn't recognize the dongle as being from Razer or something.

Hi there,
Are you using a USB hub? Try plugging it directly into your PC’s motherboard. If possible, try it on a different computer just to check if the same issue persists. If it does, shoot me a PM so I can check for options we can try.
