Hello, I have a problem with my mouse - razer deathadder essential. The Razer Synapse software on my computer cannot recognize the mouse. I have tried restarting the computer, repairing the Synapse software, going to Device Manager to fix the error but all failed.

Was it recognisable in Synapse before? What’s in the windows device manager?
I just bought it on Amazon. I just bought a computer - lenovo legion 5 2024. there are 2 files HID - compliant mouse
