The reseller wont change my razer product after it broke 2 months after use | Razer Insider

Hey guys,

 

i bought in may this year a pair of the razer barracuda headset from the resseller in Germany Media markt, after 2 months of using the headset it broke on the left ear side. tho i cam back to the store where i bought it and they said to me i did broke it myself and theyx wont change it, and that i must pay 80 € to sennd it in to razeer where it get controlled if it i destroyed myself or not.

 

so my queestion is dear razer support team is there any chance that i can bring it back to the store and get a new one? I DIDNT BROKE IT MYSELF! i dont want any money or else i just want a new headset...its so disggusting if a store where razer works with tells me someehting like that..i liked ur razer products so much used it since 10 years of gaming, but if there is no chance to bring it back or change, i will never use razer any more!

Were any incidents that occurred prior to the issue? Did you accidentally drop the headset or apply more force than usual when removing it? Were there any incidents where you may have pulled or tugged the headsets, causing them to stretch beyond their limit? Please send me a PM with your headset serial number and a video showing the damage as well as the device proof of purchase. Save the sharable file via Google Drive. Thank you for your cooperation.
