The Sensitivity Up and Sensitivity Down buttons cannot be remapped.

Hello!

Device: Razer Naga V3 ProSoftware: Razer Synapse 4Version: 4.0. [removed by moderator] The Sensitivity Up and Sensitivity Down buttons cannot be remapped.After selecting a different function and clicking Save, the assignmentimmediately reverts to its default value in the Synapse UI.Other buttons can be remapped normally.The issue started unexpectedly; remapping worked previously.Already tested:1. A new blank profile — same issue.2. Assigning the sensitivity function to another button before remapping the original DPI button — same issue.Please investigate the DPI button assignment/save behavior.

Did you try while in Hypershift? Try in that then restart Synapse. Then map again and save. And if that doesn’t work, reinstall Synapse and try the whole thing again. If those two lots of tests don’t work, raise a support ticket (so that they’re aware).

One last suggestion is just to ensure both Synapse and firmware are completely up to date.
