I’ve tried every variation that I can think of, but nothing seems to work when registering, the serial number says invalid. Can someone provide any tips here?

I know how tricky those codes can be sometimes! Double-check to make sure you've entered it correctly—it's easy to mix up "O" with zero or "1" with "I." If you're still having trouble, just send me a PM with a photo of your device’s serial number. You can save the photo in a shareable online drive here., and I'll take a closer look for you.
