I bought a Razer Blackshark V2 a couple of years ago but threw away the box. I am trying to get a 7.1 surround sound activation code but it says I need the serial number of the product. This number (hidden under the earpad) is partially unreadable (the last 5/6 digits of it). Anything I can do? I have receipt of purchase.

basically … your headset is eligible for THX Spatial which is free via Synapse software.

Thanks for sharing your concern here. Please send me a PM along with a photo of the device showing the serial number, even if it’s partially unreadable. This will allow me to take a closer look and assist you further.
You can upload the photo to your Google Drive and send me the link. Make sure that the link is set the sharing settings to "Anyone with the link can view".
Also, please be careful when removing or lifting the earpad to avoid any damage to your headset. Thank you!
