The Shift Key and the Razer Ornata Chroma
Hello guys i bought yesterday my Razer Ornata Chroma and i have a little problem.
The Shift Key is a bit hard, the other keys are just normal with a *click*.
If i play a game and i'm sprinting, i randomly stop, i must press the shift key harder than any other keys.
Is this normal or is my keyboard broken?

You may want to File a claim. This doesn't happen on my brothers Ornata. Try with Razer support first and see if they can troubleshoot it. If not, Definitely file a claim.
My Ornata had a couple non clicky keys first when I got it, although they fixed themselves over time, however none of them felt harder to press down.

How long have you had the keyboard? If it really bothers you, I can help you put in an RMA request. PM me the serial number of your Ornata Chroma so I can check the warranty status.
