My headphones' volume started to decrease after I upgraded from Windows 10 to 11. Previously, the volume level was 20, but now it only works if I turn it up to 80.

Have you tried reinstalling its drivers and updating the firmware? What specific headset are you using? Let me know via PM along with its serial number so I can validate it and check for some workarounds that we can attempt.
