The only reason I bought the Tartarus was because it had a thumbstick. I really like being able to map all of my movement to just my thumb because it frees up all my other fingers for other commands.

While all of the other buttons on the Tartarus are of excellent quality, the thumbstick feels like an afterthought and will typically fail within a year. When it fails, the thumbstick will start registering movement in a direction other than the direction you're pushing it towards. Even when you release the thumbstick, it will still register the erroneous direction.

This is not a one time thing. This is probably the third Tartarus I've bought. And it's not like I abuse the Tartarus. I'm not a competitive gamer. I'm just a casual gamer that uses thumbstick to mainly move forward and occasionally strafe from side to side.

My just-out-of-warranty Tartarus thumbstick no longer registers forward movement, regardless of keybinding or lack there of. All other directions are working fine, except the one I absolutely need the most while gaming

I don’t see any response to this from tech support, just wanted to confirm the issue and remind Razer that it still exists.
