The touchpad on my Razer Advanced 2020 is lagging - anyone else experiencing this?

My gf can't feel it when she uses it but she agrees it's obvious in the video. Support said do a factory reset which I've just done but still no luck. Feels crazy to return the laptop over something this but it would drive me crazy to use it every day...

If anyone has any ideas please hit me cause everything else is good and I don't want to send it back!
