I am using the same two basilisk ultimates.

Can't you recognize the same basilisk in the synapse?

One is normal but the other is not recognized.

Please solve it.

This is a software limitation. As of this time, Synapse can only detect and customize one of the same devices. This applies to all Razer peripherals.
