There is no Razer pre-sale support....

Hi… I have tried to find a contact for Razer ONLINE pre-sales. But can’t. I had a question. People in store can’t answer as they are on a different system.

  • I have a Razer 2080 rtx max q and want to upgrade
  • I am trying to decide between Razer 14 5070 and Asus G14 5070 ti. Same price.
  • I have loads or Razer peripherals (Strider Mat, Mouse, Keyboard etc)
  • I wanted to buy the Razer 14 online and try it for a week using VR, Adobe CC, Games and 365 etc.
  • If I don’t think it is quick enough (given that it’s exessively throttled on battery too), can I return it if retain the packaging and don’t damage the unit.
  • When the terms say returns are permitted (original condition, how does that relate to the SSD being used?)
  • I am also concerned about the mirror like, highly reflective screen for my office.
  • So will I be able to return it?
  • The Asus G14 has much better reviews, but wanted to give Razer a go.

 

Any thoughts? My experience, like many, with Razer support has been been frustrating. But the people in the UK London store are great.
