Hello Razer, I updated my recently upgraded BlackShark v3 pro for Xbox, (this is the update date 04/28/2026 and bought 04/23/2026) and I lost the sound when connected using a dongle, I deleted all the software and reinstalled, deleted the drivers, connected to another computer, but nothing helped, please help.

I understand that your Razer BlackShark V3 for Xbox no longer produces sound after the firmware update. Just to check, is the headset only losing sound when connected through the dongle, and does it still work normally through Bluetooth and USB wired mode?
