Hi Whq1028,

Are still experiencing issues Razer Ornata V3? If so, you can try a few steps to fix the Alt + Tab issue on your keyboard:

  1. Make sure to update your keyboard’s firmware.

  2. On some Razer keyboards, Gaming Mode can disable certain key combinations. Try pressing Fn + the Gaming Mode key (often one of the F-keys) to toggle it off, then test Alt + Tab.

  3. Check key mapping in Razer Synapse. Make sure they’re set to their default keyboard functions and not mapped to a macro or other action.

  4. Try to disable Razer Synapse and test the keyboard. Completely exit Razer Synapse from the system tray and then try Alt + Tab. If it works when Synapse is closed, the issue is likely caused by the current profile or a macro.
