I'm trying to buy something with razer gold but when i try to proceed to checkout, it makes me authenticate with either an sms text, using authenticator app, or a backup code. I have neither the authenticator app setup nor any backup codes I know. My only choice is sms text, however, every time, it just says there was an unexpected error, please reload the page and try again.
