I’ve responded to your PM, and verified that our Razer Gold team was able to reset your account OTP. I suggest setting up a new one to secure your Razer account by following the steps below:

1. Log in to your Razer ID account.
2. Select 2-Step Authentication under Security.
3. Enter the code sent to your Razer ID email.
4. Set up your preferred 2-factor authentication method.

Or you may enable an authenticator App for Razer ID. Here is the link for the guide. Have a good one!
