I was trying to recharge 300 on mobile legends and it asked me for my 2 way authentication. Waited 1 whole day and still no code sent to me so I've decided to use back up code. Went to settings and to backup codes just to find this asking me for my 2 step authentication so I asked for a code till an unexpected error came. I tried already many times just for the same result tried in different devices and different place just to end on the same result

I understand that you are having issues receiving the OTP to access your account. Please follow the steps provided below to resolve the problem. If the steps don't work, kindly submit a ticket or chat with customer service via Live Chat by clicking the green chat button at the bottom right to get this sorted out in real time. 

1. Please check if your mobile has a good internet connection. If possible, refresh or reset your network.
2. Restart your machine or device.
3. Sign out and Sign in to your Razer Gold Account
4. Clear browsing history, including cache files and cookies
5. Try purchasing using a private browser in the Private or Incognito model.
