my 1 year old razer deathadder v3 pro is having a problem with the left click button feeling very light it will press the left click every time i pick up or put down the mouse. i go to put in a support ticket to see if i can get the issue fixed, but when i put the number in it claim the mouse is STOLEN it is not i payed $148.08 off of amazon last year and i cannot for the life of me find a way to contact support to help. the fact that i have to post on a fourm to maybe try and get help is insane, i am losing faith in this company every time i buy one of their products

If it was bought from amazon, then I’d do warranty claim on amazon.
amazon only allows returns for 30 days
