I have been with support for so goddamn long.. 4 days in a row now, for hours on end. And they still can't fix my problem, so I turn to the community. This is my problem: Razer Synapse detects my dock, but not my mouse, in addition to this, device manager thinks my razer mouse is a keyboard. These are the things I have tried: Uninstalling Drivers, Updating Drivers, Restarted PC 10 times, Did clean install 2 times, repaired synapse 3 times, unplug and re-plug wireless dongle for hours and 3 times. I have tried to update the firmware, but it thinks I didn't plug in my mouse- which is just so frustrating. If anyone could help this would be a blessing.
Is it possible to test the mouse on another computer? If the problem persists, there is a good chance that the microcontroller in the mouse is defective. Also, is the mouse detected as a keyboard or as an HID device in the Device Manager? I'd appreciate it if you can PM me your ticket number.
