this key cannot be remapped

I bought the razer huntsman mini, which has 75% of the keyboard as non-remappable buttons in hypershift mode. the problem is w cannot be set to just w in hypershift mode. when I'm using hypershift it turns the volume up instead of walking. this is very annoying when you are stuck in place and your ears explode. any way to make w in fact just w in hypershift mode? thanks.
