Hello respected Razer team, I am new here and excited to start the journey together, but unfortunately I had a problem while activating my black shark v2 x headphones that used to show me a message saying "This product is already registered. If you did not register it, please contact Razer Support" Please contact me to inform you of the required information and documents and thank you very much for your cooperation 🙏🏻🙏🏻.

Hi Shafiq_Naz,

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble registering your Razer BlackShark V2 X. Product registration is mainly for warranty purposes, and you can usually find the activation code on the scratch card included with your purchase. If that card is missing or the code is already used, contacting the reseller for a refund might be your best option. To ensure your Razer device is genuine, always buy from authorized Razer resellers, as non-authorized purchases could be used, counterfeit, or defective.
