Hello Razer team !

I send my kind regards

I bought a new Razer black Shark V2 X from a local shop In Iraq, Security seal was untouched. everything is brand new not even touched, I was surprised to receive the message of "This product is already registered".

The store owner refuses to refund me and I need your help.
