Hello Razer team, I am new here and excited to start the journey together, but unfortunately I had a problem while activating my black shark v2 x headphones that used to show me a message saying "This product is already registered. If you did not register it, please contact Razer Support". I don't know why this is appearing, as I took the product out of the box yesterday. Please respond to me as quickly as possible, as I was in despair when I saw that my product had already been registered and I have no idea what to do... Thank you for understanding!

There’s a high possibility that you have a counterfeit device but I’ll double-check. Where specifically did you purchase it? Let me know via PM along with your headset’s serial number so I can validate it and check the registration.
