Good morning, I bought a Razer BlackShark V2 headset, and when I tried to register it, I couldn’t find the country where I bought it. So, I selected my own country, where I received the product. However, after filling in all the details, I got a message saying that the product was not registered.

 

I would like to know what I need to do to receive the code to use 7.1 surround sound

Most probably, you have purchased a counterfeit headset. I’ll double-check everything just to be sure. Please drop me a message via PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it in our database and check the registration.
