I contacted tech support earlier, they told me that they were already registered under another account, is there any way to re-register them to my account?

And yes, I don't have access to the account they're registered to.

Hi blenderbro,

I understand that you’re having issues registering the device to our account. Please note that we don’t have the option to remove the headset from the previous account where it was registered and it cannot be linked to another account. You can check the 7.1 Surround Sound activation code on the scratch card included in the box, as indicated here. If the code has already been used or if the card is missing, I recommend returning the device to the reseller.
