I recently bought a Blackshark v2 X via amazon and when i tried to register the product for the 7.1 surround sound it said that the product is already registered. The package contains a QR code that directs me the Razer website, not a scratch code. Kindly requesting assistance. Thanks in advance!

Hopefully, you bought the device from Razer’s authorized reseller on Amazon. Please take note: (https://www.razer.com/warranty)
