Just recieved my Blackshark v2 X and I try to register and it shows me a message saying "This product is already registered. If you did not register it, please contact Razer Support" 

How do I fix this? As I legit only got it today, so confused

That’s a bummer! One probable cause for this to happen is that the device may be a counterfeit. I suggest you contact the reseller to request a replacement. You can also PM me with the device serial number and proof of purchase so I can validate. Take care for now!
