I bought Blackshark v2 X, and when i tried activating 7.1 surround sound, and it says the product is already registered.

May I ask where you purchased the headset? I can check the registration details on our end. Please send me a PM with the headset’s serial number and a clear copy of your store receipt or invoice. You may upload the proof of purchase to Google Drive and set the sharing permissions to “Anyone with the link” so I can review it and verify whether the seller is one of Razer’s authorized resellers. Just to set expectations, we’re unable to remove a device registration linked to a previous owner. Thanks!
