Hello! Recently, I bought the Razer Blackshark V2 X but I have problem with the product where the item is already registered, but not under my Razer ID, which means I can't get the activation code via my email to activate the 7.1 surround sound features. I looked around in the Razer community for a fix. How do I fix this problem? Please help

Hi Papaeds,

I wanted to let you know that registering your product is mainly about getting your warranty sorted out. You'll find the activation code on the scratch card that comes in the package as mention here. If that card is missing or the code has already been used, just reach out to the reseller for a replacement.

It's also important to buy Razer products from authorized Razer resellers to ensure what you have is genuine. Products from unauthorized sources might be used, counterfeit, re-boxed, defective, or gray market goods. If you need any more help, feel free to PM me your device's serial number and proof of purchase, and I'll look into it for you.
