Hello. Today I bought headphones and wanted to register them on the Razer website.  But a window appears stating that this product has already been registered. This is my first time using a Razer product. What should I do?

yes i bought the THX spatial 7.1 surroundsound on line thinking i would get a activation code and would you know it nothing. It’s like it took my money and ha ha figure it out pal. how this is even legal who knows and now i want my money refunded and it’s like i’m getting waterboarded to a basic answer of F off and your never getting your money back. and this reistering process is absolutley ridiculous that i have to learn how to make a PDF file to prove i bought the headset on amazon. and after i bought the THX spatial activation code of course it takes your money no problem lol. but the receipt is vague and ridiculous no information on how your getting the activation code nothing whatsoever,blank, it’s like a scam
