Thank you for sharing the information. I have confirmed that the serial number for the Razer Deathadder Essential is already registered to another account since April 27, 2024. Additionally, the reseller from whom you purchased it is not listed as an authorized seller.

Could you post a photo of the mouse (bottom of the mouse) connected to your PC?
