Hello Razer team, I had a problem while activating my black shark v2 x headphones that used to show me a message saying "This product is already registered. If you did not register it, please contact Razer Support"

S/N : HN2121D13403741

P/N : RZ04-03240100-R3M1

I buy it from store in AliExpress

And this is the invoice

Return it. Probably it’s fake as most aliexpress/temu etc units.
