'This Product is Already Registered' Problem

Hello. Recently, I bought the Razer Blackshark V2 X but I have problem with the product activation code, "This product is already registered. If you did not register it, please contact Razer Support". The item is already registered, but not under my Razer ID, which means I can't get the activation code via my email to activate the 7.1 surround sound features. How do I fix this problem? Please help me.
