Hello! Recently, I bought the Razer Blackshark V2 X but I have problem with the product where the item is already registered, but not under my Razer ID, which means I can't get the activation code via my email to activate the 7.1 surround sound features. I looked around in the Razer community for a fix. How do I fix this problem? Please help

Thanks for alerting us about this. Where did you purchase your headset? Please drop me a message via PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it in our database and check its registration. Do include your Razer ID for proper documentation.
