Hello respected Razer team, I buy black shark v2 x headphones but unfortunately I had a problem while activating my that used to show me a message saying "This product is already registered. If you did not register it, please contact Razer Support" .  How can I fix that?

There’s a high possibility that you have a counterfeit item but I’ll double-check. Please send me a PM along with your headset’s serial number so I can validate it and check the registration.
