Hello respected Razer team,

I recently bought my first Razer product which is Razer blackshark V2 X and i’m in love with this headset. But unfortunetly I’m having an issue where I can’t register my product to get a code for 7.1 surround sound application. There is a message saying "This product is already registered. If you did not register it, please contact Razer Support". Please contact me, and I will give you all important information that You need to help me fix this issue.

I’d return it and get it from official distributor.
