Hello respected Razer team. I had a problem while activating my black shark v2 x headphones. After receveing it and removing the earpads and writing the code down in the site, showed me the message "This product is already registered. If you did not register it, please contact Razer Support"

Please, I need support from you guys. I need the code to activate the THX app.
