Hello Razer Team,

I'm new here and excited to begin this journey with you. However, I'm facing an issue while activating my BlackShark V2 X headphones. I keep receiving a message stating: "This product is already registered. If you did not register it, please contact Razer Support."

Could you please reach out to me so I can provide the necessary information and documents? I’d appreciate your assistance.

May I ask where you purchased the headset? Please share the device serial number and invoice or the name of the reseller so I can verify if they are listed as authorized Razer resellers. Save the shareable files via any online drive account listed here. All the best!
