Hello! Recently, I bought the Razer Blackshark V2 X but I have problem with the product where the item is already registered, but not under my Razer ID, which means I can't get the activation code via my email to activate the 7.1 surround sound features. I looked around in the Razer community for a fix. How do I fix this problem? Please help

Hi ELYAS_DARK,

You can try to check the 7.1 Surround Sound activation code if you have the scratch card included in the box, as indicated here. If the code has been used or the card is missing, I suggest you return the device to the reseller.

Please be aware that products purchased from non-authorized dealers may be used, counterfeit, re-boxed, defective, or gray market goods. You can check the list of authorized Razer resellers to ensure your Razer device is genuine. I hope this information helps.
