I'm having trouble activating my BlackShark V2 X headphones. I keep getting the message: "This product is already registered. If you haven't registered it, please contact Razer Support."

I’m here to help! Did you purchase the device brand new? Where did you buy it? Please PM me your headset’s serial number and proof of purchase so I can check if the store is listed as a Razer authorized reseller. Kindly save the file via Google Drive. Thanks!
