Hello! Recently, I bought the Razer Blackshark V2 X but I have problem with the product "This product is already registered. If you did not register it, please contact Razer Support" , which means I can't get the activation code via my email to activate the 7.1 surround sound features. I looked around in the Razer community for a fix. How do I fix this problem? Please help
i bought it from amazon

There’s a high chance that you have purchased a counterfeit headset. Let me double-check just to be sure. Please send me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it in our database and check the registration.
