Hello! Recently (2025-04-21), I bought the Razer Blackshark V2 X but I have problem with the product where the item is already registered, but not under my Razer ID, which means I can't get the activation code via my email to activate the 7.1 surround sound features.

Please check the 7.1 Surround Sound activation code on the scratch card included in the box, as indicated here. If the code has already been used or the card is missing, we cannot request a new one since it is already linked to a different account. Feel free to PM me if you need further assistance.
