I'm new here and excited to begin this journey with you. However, I'm facing an issue while activating my BlackShark V2 X headphones. I keep receiving a message stating: "This product is already registered. If you did not register it, please contact Razer Support."
Could you please reach out to me so I can provide the necessary information and documents? I’d appreciate your assistance.
I have seen in other posts that I may need to give the store information but my apologies since this was just a gift, I only know that this was from Lazada. Sorry!
